At the beginning of battle, Dwarf units increase the HP of all your units within a large range by {16%-27.2%}, and unit's damage increase by {3%-10%}, DEF increases by {3%-10%}. This lasts throughout the entire battle.

Smite

Gear Requirement: Blue

Dwarf's normal attack has a chance to deal {150%-360%} damage to its targets, and may [Stun] them for 2s.

Cry of Rage

Type: Passive

Gear Requirement: Purple

<Dwarf Howl> increases HP by {4%-9.6%}, increases Attack Speed by {7%-21%}, increases unit's damage by {3.5%-10.5%}.

Magical Resistance

Dwarves offer cover, increasing Magic Resistance by 30% for all your units in it for {10s-21.2s}.

Evaluation

Like other 9 man units, Dwarf suffers from 9-man syndrome and is just too squishy to be a viable tank.  That said he can provide some buffs to actual good units, making him semi-useful in a few PVE areas of the game like Dragon Invasion, and Conflux Plane.   Dwarf may seem like he starts off decent, especially in early to mid-game, and then he falls right off a cliff.
