Whenever a hostile hero casts a spell, that Manticore increases increases ATK by {30%-58%} and ATK speed by {5%-19%} for all friendly melee units for 10s.

When a target is downed, all hostile units' DEF will lose 30% DEF and be [Silenced] for {3.3s-7.5s}. Only triggered once throughout the entire battle.

Evaluation

Manticore is a unit with potential, but that potential just hasn't seemed to find a way to be released yet.  He has a good kit, but vs other Charging units at the moment, his DPS is lacking, and Dungeon doesn't seem to work together well as a faction yet.
